SUMAC developed the architecture and engineering project for the Pop's Italian Beef restaurant in Indiana, a gastronomic retail space designed to optimize the customer experience and business operations. The restaurant is located in a standalone building within a shopping center, which allowed for a visible, functional architectural proposal aligned with the brand's identity.
The design integrated public service and kitchen areas with a focus on operational efficiency, incorporating a smooth drive-thru service and an outdoor dining area that enhances the user experience. The project combines functionality, optimized circulation, and a contemporary image designed for high customer traffic.
