At SUMAC, we supported the Quiñones Park Building, located in Lima, Peru, through our sustainability and energy efficiency consulting services, contributing to the obtainment of the MiVivienda Sostenible Grade I+ Bond.

The project incorporates various sustainability strategies, including LED lighting in interiors and exteriors, photovoltaic lighting for common areas, efficient gas and electric water heaters, low-consumption electromechanical equipment, and measures to promote sustainable mobility, strengthening the environmental performance of the residential development.
