SUMAC developed the architectural design and engineering for the RGR Lot 39 Office & Warehouse facility, including site improvements. The project was executed with a post-frame wood structure, insulated metal walls, and a metal roofing system, integrating functionality and construction efficiency.

The interior was completed with metal panels, painted OSB wainscot, plumbing, electrical, and water installations, ensuring versatile and adaptable operational spaces. SUMAC managed the entire process to ensure quality, efficiency, and design compliance.
