SUMAC provided Architecture and Engineering services for the design and development of the Richport Medical Center, a two-story, 1,430 m² building located in Schererville, Indiana. The scope included land acquisition, rights management and municipal permits, architectural design, engineering, and comprehensive project management.

Approvals were obtained to ensure parking accommodating more than 30 medical offices. The project includes 390 m² designated for TruCare and 836 m² available for professionals interested in renting offices within the complex.
