SUMAC was responsible for the development and construction of the Institute for Workforce Education (IWE) Training Center at Saint Augustine College, located in the Green Exchange Building in Chicago.

The scope included pre-construction value engineering services aimed at optimizing the design and adjusting it to the project budget. Subsequently, SUMAC coordinated permit processing and comprehensive construction management, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The project was executed to meet LEED® certification requirements, establishing an efficient, functional educational space aligned with international sustainability standards.
