SUMAC provided comprehensive Project Management, Sustainability, Energy Efficiency, and Architecture consulting for the San Ignacio University (SIU) building in Miami, Florida. The project seeks to achieve the highest standards of sustainable design, optimizing the functional and economic efficiency of the building.

The compact mixed-use development consolidates multiple SIU university facilities and programs in a single building. The ground floor includes commercial spaces, while the upper floors house offices, a library, classrooms, auditoriums, and residences. The design prioritizes open spaces that encourage interaction and collaborative learning, characteristic of a modern educational center.
