SUMAC provided sustainability and energy efficiency consulting services to Credicorp Capital and Greystar Real Estate Partners for the project located in Santiago de Chile. Thanks to this collaboration, the building became the first multifamily building in the country to obtain EDGE Advanced Certification, awarded by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).

Developed by Napoleón Inmobiliaria, the project has 391 apartments distributed across 9 floors and was designed to offer comfort, functionality, and high environmental performance. SUMAC acted as EDGE Expert and EDGE Auditor, leading the implementation of sustainable strategies from design through execution.
