SUMAC provided Carbon Footprint measurement consulting services to Territoria Apoquindo, in Santiago de Chile, in the context of the Mercado Urbano Tobalaba (MUT) operation, with the goal of strengthening their sustainability strategy and supporting the GRESB 2024 report.
The work included the quantification of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, developed in accordance with the GHG Protocol and aligned with GRESB requirements, allowing the establishment of a robust emissions baseline, improved transparency of environmental performance, and support for the real estate asset's strategic decision-making.
