SUMAC provided sustainability and energy efficiency consulting for three Éxito stores: Éxito La Central in Medellín achieved LEED Silver, achieving 30% energy savings, 51% water savings, and 90% waste diverted from landfills; Éxito El Ensueño in Bogotá achieved LEED Silver, reaching 25% energy savings, 48% water savings, and 83% waste diverted from landfills; and Éxito Dual Tunja in Tunja achieved LEED, achieving 25% energy savings, 47% water savings, and 88% waste diverted from landfills, all under LEED ID+C Retail v4.0 standards.
