SUMAC accompanied the Torre del Parque II project in Lima, achieving LEED Gold certification and the first Fitwel certification in Peru. Sustainability strategies were implemented including green areas with xerophytic plants, reflective materials, water efficiency, efficient air conditioning, LED lighting, and indoor air quality management, consolidating the project as a reference in sustainable and healthy buildings.
