SUMAC accompanied the Universidad de Lima in the LEED certification of the Torres Cincuentenario, two iconic twin towers rising above an underground level covered by green roofs.

The team implemented sustainability and energy efficiency strategies, including efficient LED lighting, low-consumption plumbing fixtures, green areas, and indoor environmental quality management, consolidating the project as a benchmark for sustainable educational infrastructure in Peru.
