SUMAC accompanied CONVIVE Grupo Inmobiliario in the development of Vive Paracas, leading the sustainability consulting that enabled the project to obtain SITES Silver certification, the first in Peru for a real estate development. The project integrates sustainable landscape design, water efficiency, habitat conservation, and community connection, consolidating Vive Paracas as a benchmark for sustainable residential development in harmony with its coastal natural environment.
