The incorporation of renewable energy allowed it to achieve the maximum score in the Optimize Energy Performance and Renewable Energy Production credits, earning a total of 21 points within the certification system.

Located at the Backus factory, this office achieved LEED Gold certification through its innovative design with recycled containers and photovoltaic panels. With a green area of over 300 m², the project achieved high sustainability and energy efficiency standards. The incorporation of renewable energy and sustainable strategies positioned this office as the first in the BBVA Peru network to achieve this certification.
This building achieved LEED Platinum certification through the implementation of sustainable strategies, achieving a 22% reduction in energy consumption.
