Flamingo is a stratum 4 housing project made up of 150 two-story houses. It is located in the municipality of Jamundí south of the city of Cali. It will have social areas, including a gym, a wet area, a multiple recreational field, a picnic area and children’s play areas. The project will have energy-saving faucets and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting and lighting control in social areas. Flamingo has the Preliminary Certificate in EDGE Design and is in process of obtaining the EDGE certification in its construction phase thanks to the advice of SUMAC.
