Monte Umbroso is a residential project consisting of a seven (7) story high building, plus a roof terrace and 4 basements. It is located at 520 CA Alameda Monte Umbroso street, Santiago de Surco, Lima. The Project will use water-saving taps and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, and good sustainable construction practices.
