The POD Live Building is a separately certified, mixed-use building comprised of ten stories in height, a rooftop, and five basements. It presents 69 units of departments. The project will have parking for bicycles, as well as energy-saving faucets and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, photovoltaic panels, LOW-E glass and good sustainable construction practices.
