The POD Work Building is a mixed and separately certified project, consisting of 4 floors. It presents 69 office units and 6 commercial units. The project will have parking for bicycles, use of taps and energy-saving hydrosanitary devices, LED lighting, photovoltaic panels, LOW-E glasses and good sustainable construction practices.
