Vidal 140, located in a strategic corner of Miraflores, is a trendy and innovative residential building in Lima. All apartments have natural ventilation. There is mechanical ventilation in the corridors and direct extraction in bathrooms. The hallways and common areas have LED luminaires. The building counts monoxide and CO2 sensors to guarantee the best quality of the environment inside the homes. In addition, Vidal 140’s design includes bicycle parking lots and green areas with technical irrigation. This project is LEED Silver pre-certified by SUMAC.
