In 2010, Jupiter completed the construction of this 50-story apartment building with 389 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with three-bedroom penthouses available on the upper two floors. The building also contains structured parking for 600 cars and more than 14,000 square feet (1,300 m²) of shops.
The property is located on the corner of Washington and Wells in downtown Chicago and designed with this urban environment in mind. It is one of the first apartment buildings within the downtown area to receive LEED certification. The project was delivered on time and below its budgeted price.
