Ardisia is a 33-story tall tower residential project with stunning views of the Aburrá Valley. It will have large social areas, among which are swimming pools for adults and children, a gym, a tennis court, a games room and a Skydeck on the top floor. The Project is located in Sabaneta, Antioquia, an area of constant urban growth.
Ardisia is strategically located so that a renewal of natural air is generated, as well as saving taps and hydrosanitary devices, LED lighting and good sustainable construction practices. SUMAC is in charge of the LEED certification process, Energy Modeling, Fundamental and Improved Commissioning and the process to obtain the Tax Benefits of the project.
