Arica 750 is a residential project consisting of a building with 24 apartment units. It has semi-basement levels, 5 stories high, plus a roof terrace and 2 basements. It is located in Miraflores. SUMAC is in charge of the EDGE certification process as a consultant and auditor. The project will have bicycle parking, a green roof, will use efficient luminaires in apartment interiors, common areas and exteriors of the building, materials with high solar reflectance on the roof surfaces, saving taps and additional strategies in materials that allow you to have between 24% and 28% savings in energy, 56% savings in water and between 25% and 31% less energy embedded in materials in their precertification.
