The Art Place Building is a 5-story multifamily project. It includes efficient faucets and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, and good practices for sustainable construction.

The building is located in the San Borja district in Lima. SUMAC provided Sustainability and Energy Efficiency Consulting services to obtain the EDGE certification.
