SUMAC provided design and construction services for the renovation of Aunt Martha’s Youth Service Center locations in Carpentersville and Aurora, Illinois. Carpentersville’s location work consisted of the complete renovation of the dental clinic to add two new dental stations and improve the safety and accessibility requirements of the building. The Aurora consisted of a new medical office at Hesed House that reused an existing warehouse space to convert it into a medical office suite with laboratory and support facilities. SUMAC coordinated all architecture, engineering and construction for both locations in a design-build delivery
