SUMAC was the consultant in the development of basic commissioning, a prerequisite for LEED certification. Prime office building and new headquarters of Banco de la Nación, built by the alliance between Cosapi and Bouygues, two of the largest construction companies in the world.
It is the largest building in Peru, which has highly efficient air conditioning, ventilation and extraction systems, as well as an optimal lighting design due to its 4 fronts and correct selection of glass. The project was developed using constructive methods never before used in the country, as well as technological tools such as the use of BIM (Building Information Management) to improve the compatibilization and effectiveness of the design of the various engineering projects.
