The Residencial Bolognesi project is a building composed of four (4) basements, nine (9) stories high, plus a roof terrace. It will be exclusively for residential use. It is located at Calle Bolognesi 373, 381-383, in the district of Miraflores. The Project will have parking spaces for bicycles, as well as saving faucets and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting and good sustainable construction practices. SUMAC is in charge of the EDGE certification process.
