Located in the municipality of Tocancipá Cundinamarca, Bosque de Arrayan is a Public Housing building with 11 housing towers, a diversity of amenities, and common areas for the recreation of its occupants. Among the most relevant sustainable strategies, we highlight the low proportion of glass on the façade, efficient lighting in indoor and outdoor areas, lighting control elements, and low consumption faucets, toilets, and showers.
