The “Capital Derby” offices building is located in Santiago de Surco, one of the main commercial and financial areas of the city.
The building has more than 86 meters of height, has been qualified by experts in sustainability issues as an architectural icon for its structure, windows that allow more hours of natural light and green spaces. Likewise, the materials implemented contain a high percentage of recycled content.
SUMAC was the advisor for obtaining the LEED certification of the project, including energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, as well as planning and verification plan (M & V) and supervision during the construction phase.
