The Premium Office Building developed by the Real Estate company, is located in one of the financial centers of the city of Lima, making it a poly-centric project.
The building has a landscape design of low consumption plants, which allows you to save water as well as contribute to obtain 80% of the credits of the category LEED certification sustainable sites. It has spaces for bicycles, 100% underground parking and spaces for vehicles with low CO2 emissions. Additionally, efficient glasses have been selected to optimize the performance of energy systems.
SUMAC was the advisor for obtaining the LEED certification of the project, including energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, advice on the preparation of the measurement and verification plan (M&V) and supervision during the construction stage.
