DRRP office is the first project to obtain the LEED Commercial Interiors v4 certification in Peru. The project was carried out with a design and construction process where we sought to optimize quality and efficiency at all levels.
The office has a highly efficient lighting system. Specific sanitary appliances and faucets were chosen designed to minimize water consumption. During construction, the indoor air quality plan was developed materials for ceiling, carpet and furniture with sustainable characteristics of recycled content were implemented.
