Thanks to the Sustainability Consulting service provided by SUMAC, the building saves 47% of water in sanitary fixtures and fittings, 100% in water for irrigation of green areas and 22% in annual energy consumption. The project has xerophilic plants in its open spaces, solar panels and ecological refrigerants for the air conditioning system. It obtained the Renewable Energy Certificate.
