Building developed by the company Alpina and designed by Miguel Rodrigo Arquitectos. The project is located in an urban area other than the financial center of Lima, thus making it polycentric and attracting a new business sector with a proposal for growth in the district of Miraflores.The building considered implementing various sustainable design strategies such as the selection of efficient glass to optimize the performance of energy systems, an efficient and correct lighting design, highly efficient air conditioning system and the selection of materials with regional and recycled content for its structure and interiors. The building also provides various free zones and a green area on the roof to promote biodiversity and interaction among the occupants of the building.SUMAC was an advisor to obtain the LEED certification of the project, including energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, as well as advice on planning of measurement and verification plan (M & V) and supervision during the construction stage
