The Facatativa Medical Center is a project for medical use consisting of a 5-story high tower located in the municipality of Facatativa in Cundinamarca, Colombia. It will have waiting rooms and a drugstore on the first floor, nursing areas, offices and exams on the other 4 remaining floors.
The Project will have parking spaces for efficient bicycles and vehicles, as well as energy-saving taps and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, and good sustainable construction practices.
SUMAC is in charge of the LEED certification process, Energy Modeling, Fundamental and Improved Commissioning and the process to obtain the tax benefits of the project.
