SUMAC is providing architectural services for a new medical cannabis dispensary in Suburban Chicago. Our work began with the investor’s application to the State of Illinois as we reviewed an analyzed potential locations for dispensaries. Upon the State’s approval of one of the dispensary location SUMAC completed due diligence work and prepared design schemes for the selected building.Our scope will continue with management of the design, permitting and construction process for the Spring 2016 opening. The project is being designed to be certified to a LEED Silver level with SUMAC providing full service LEED consulting, Energy Modeling and Commissioning.
