FORESTA is an EDGE Pre-certified project, which has been designed to meet the individual needs of each buyer. This building is very well situated, surrounded by large green areas and just a few minutes away from shopping centers, schools, restaurants and grocery stores. It has bike parking spaces, encouraging users to use this method of transportation to and from the surrounding uses.
The project has LED luminaires and presence controls in common and outdoor areas, reducing energy consumption in those areas. In addition, the building has green roofs with low water-using plants to reduce water consumption and maintenance frequency.
