SUMAC collaborated with consulting services for the LEED certification process of the Google offices, located on the third floor of Dock No. 1 in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires.
In addition, SUMAC was responsible for planning the certification process based on energy efficiency criteria and water and energy saving strategies. 82% of the demolition and construction waste was recycled and diverted from landfills.
