SUMAC was the advisor for obtaining the LEED certification of several H&M stores, a multinational company dedicated to the textile sector. The stores were located in shopping centers. So far, there are two stores already certified in Colombia: La Colina and Fontanar, both silver level SUMAC provided sustainability services including energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, enhanced commissioning, as well as advice on planning the measurement and verification plan (M&V) and supervision. of work during the construction stage.
