INNOVAMATER is a building for the administrative offices of the Universidad Católica de Oriente located in Rionegro, Antioquia. This project included the implementation of renewable energies, an LED lighting system and saving hydrosanitary devices. SUMAC was the LEED advisor and also carried out the Energy Commissioning and Modeling process to obtain the LEED New Construction certification.
