At SUMAC, we collaborate with our Sustainability Consulting services to help the residential project Meraki Club & Residences located in Serena del Mar, Cartagena Province, Bolívar, obtain the CASA pre-certification. The project will consist of four 6-story towers, with a total of 305 housing units.
The Meraki Club & Residences project features multiple common area spaces, such as children’s playgrounds, a restaurant, a gym, a reading room, a coworking space, a multimedia room, swimming pools, a Turkish bath, and a sauna, among others. Low-consumption sanitary fixtures and faucets will be installed inside the housing units, aiming for a significant reduction in the use of potable water. Likewise, it will seek to have efficient artificial lighting in all its spaces, both in the common areas and the private areas of the project.
