SUMAC is the project’s energy efficiency and sustainability advisor. The Morrison Administrative and Services Center is a 600 m² project located in Section 2 Ruta del Sol, department of Cesar.
The project implemented the following energy efficiency measures, solar panels of 200 kW, installation of solar control films in windows, retrofit of air conditioning systems to increase efficiency, change of fluorescent lighting by LED lighting indoors and outdoors and installation of a “geothermal loop” to reduce consumption due to air cooling. Additionally, speed variators are installed for the motors of the air supply equipment.
