Mosaiq is an 8 storey residential building located in the ¨arts¨ district of MiraFlores, Lima. The building comprises a mix of 26 apartments with central courtyards to take advantage of natural light and cross ventilation. The façade concept incorporates colors and textures based on ¨earthly¨ tones such as pastel hues and wooden screens which are complemented with vegetation on the apartment terraces.
