Description

SUMAC provided Sustainability and Energy Efficiency consulting services for the residential building Oceano Pacifico in Lima, Peru. It is a 5-story project with 10 apartment units plus a rooftop terrace. SUMAC ensured that the multifamily building Oceano Pacifico in Lima obtained the EDGE certification. Various sustainable strategies were implemented to save water and energy.
