SUMAC was the LEED consultant for the new office of the coworking company Officefront. Located on the 9th floor of the Lima Central Tower building in Surco, Lima.
The design and construction of the new project have been designed to provide thermal comfort and quality spaces to its users. The design has efficient lighting, sanitary appliances, sparing fittings and a ventilation system according to the ASHRAE standard including CO2 sensors. The finishes meet the low VOC levels. Likewise, floor finishes, drywall, and furniture with recycled content and FSC certified wood were considered.
During the construction, waste recycling was carried out and an interior air quality plan was implemented.
