PAL400 is an office building developed by the real estate company NUOVIT, it is located in the financial center of Lima (San Isidro district). SUMAC was the LEED Silver certification advisor.
The building stands out for the modular design of its main facade, which breaks with the traditional continuous curtain wall design of the Lima office buildings.The building is located in the San Isidro district, and is a neighbor of several certified buildings or In the process of LEED certification. Among the main features of the project, the use of a high-performance glass on all facades of the building, as well as high-efficiency electromechanical equipment, stand out.
Additionally, the building has parking lots for bicycles and parking lots reserved exclusively for efficient vehicles, equipment consistent with the district’s efforts to reduce the use of private transportation and encourage the use of alternative means of transportation.
