PTC or Popayán Trade Center is an office and commerce project located in the capital of Cauca, Popayán. It is in the process of obtaining the LEED Core & Shell v4 certification. The project will have the use of renewable energies through solar panels, thermoacoustic façade, LED lighting system, naturally ventilated spaces, dimmerization of corridors, saving hydrosanitary devices and efficient cooling tower.
