Q Office is an office building with a total of 22 floors located on the Transversal Superior, a few meters from El Tesoro Shopping Center, one of the most important malls in the region.
This building, with its imposing and sophisticated avant-garde architecture, (through the design of the window) achieved high percentages of energy savings since each face of its facade has been studied according to its solar exposure. Regarding the type of materials and architecture, it has high standards of comfort for its occupants, accessibility to public transport and basic services around.
This building achieved LEED Core & Shell Gold level certification.
