The R240 Building is a multi-family building. It has a semi-basement, 8 floors of housing plus an accessible roof terrace, in addition to 3 basement levels and a level for cisterns and a pump room The building is located between Calle El Rosario No. 230 – No. 240, Urbanization El Rosario de Santa Cruz, in the district of Miraflores, province and department of Lima. The Project will have green terraces with native vegetation, parking for bicycles, as well as saving taps and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, PV panels and good sustainable construction practices.
