The 16-story, 5-basement office building is part of the Royal Business Center, belonging to the Centenario group, which groups a series of commercial buildings in a central area of the San Isidro district.
The building has parking for bicycles, changing rooms with showers and parking lots reserved for low emission vehicles. The faucets and accessories are very low consumption and together achieve a 40% savings compared to a conventional building.
Likewise, it was shown that the interior design of office environments provides exterior views for more than 90% of its occupants; and approximately 80% of regularly occupied areas achieve adequate levels of natural lighting.
SUMAC provided the advisory service to obtain the LEED Core & Shell Silver level certification of the Real 8 building, including the choice of lighting and air conditioning systems. The building received the supervision of our commissioning certified specialists.
