Description

At the intersection of León Febres-Cordero (via La Aurora-Pascuales) and Samborondón avenues, the El Rosado group builds the first commercial city of Ecuador; The “El Dorado Commercial City”, which will include office buildings, restaurants, retail, theater, hospital and specialization clinics. SUMAC was the advisor for obtaining the LEED certification for the “Hipermarket El Rosado” and “Ríocentro El Dorado” projects, including energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, as well as advice on the measurement and verification plan (M & V) where the project must leave all the necessary infrastructure for tenants to connect to the central measurement and verification system of the building.
