Roble is a five-tier housing project made up of eight 10-story towers. It is located in Hacienda El Verdal south of the city of Cali. It will have social areas, including a gym, swimming pool, multiple recreational court, pet park and Turkish bath. The project will have energy-saving faucets and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting and lighting control in social areas. Roble obtained the Preliminary Certificate in EDGE Design thanks to the advice of SUMAC
