Santa Isabel 169 is a residential building in Miraflores that has 15 apartments. Regarding energy savings, the building has photovoltaic panels for lighting common areas, solar collectors for pre-heating water and lighting in common areas with LED equipment. Due to the selection of efficient sanitary equipment and taps, gray water treatment for reuse in irrigation, and a variety of native plants, 47% of water saving is registered. The project has 40% green roofs and, additionally, gardens in the retreat. In turn, it provides bicycle parking lots and space for waste segregation.
